We currently ship only within the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment locations in Germany or France.

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

1. Standard shipping (free) - estimated delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

2. Insured express shipping (EUR 4.95) - estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing or courier disruptions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

All prices on our website include applicable Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise, since we ship exclusively within the Netherlands. Should any additional local charges apply due to circumstances outside our standard shipping arrangements, the customer will be informed accordingly.
